Terms
Plain terms for a project offered free and as-is. The section that matters most is the second one.
What Docuroutine does
Docuroutine transcribes a prescription or discharge summary you photograph, and lays out what it read as a large-type schedule in your language, with audio.
It proposes ordinary clock times for the frequencies written on the page — morning, night, before food. Those are conventions, not instructions from your clinician, and nothing activates until you approve them.
What Docuroutine does not do
It does not originate, alter or recommend a dose, drug, strength or duration. It makes no claim about whether what your clinician wrote is correct, appropriate or complete — it reports what is on the page and, where it cannot read something, says so and stops.
It gives no guidance about diet, alcohol, tobacco or exercise, and it will not answer questions about your treatment.
It is not a medical device and it is not a substitute for your doctor or pharmacist. If the schedule and the paper disagree, the paper and the person who wrote it are right.
Your part
You confirm each value before it becomes a schedule. That step exists because you can see the paper and the software cannot. Please use it.
Upload only documents you are entitled to upload — your own, or those of someone whose medicines you look after with their agreement.
Do not rely on this as your only record. Keep the paper.
Availability
This is a capstone project running on free infrastructure. It may be slow, it may be unavailable, and it may be withdrawn. Readings depend on two external model providers and will fail when they do — the app says so rather than hiding it.
No warranty is offered, and no liability is accepted, to the extent the law allows.
Source and licence
The application code, the evaluation harness, the metric definitions and the decision records are public. The documents used to evaluate the system are not, and will not be.
